Delete your account

Open Settings and choose Delete Account. The game asks what happens to your levels: delete them too, or keep them online without your name, credited to "Deleted player". Your account is deleted right away.

Use the support form and ask us to delete your account. Include your profile code, so we can find the account: it is on your profile in the game, and in your profile link, level-architect.com/u/CODE. Your username works too. We may ask for something that shows the account is yours. We answer and delete the account within 30 days.

Your account and username, your likes, your runs and records, the players you blocked, the reports you sent, and your levels, unless you chose to keep them online. Kept levels stay without your name, with the likes and times other players gave them. Level drafts on your device stay until you uninstall the game.

• The moderation log: staff decisions and notes, referring to players only by internal IDs, with your username replaced by "[deleted player]". Every entry is deleted two years after it was made.
• Server logs at Railway and request logs at Cloudflare: a few days to a few weeks.
• Error and crash reports at Sentry: up to 90 days.
• Database backups at Railway: deleted data can remain in them for up to four weeks, until they are replaced.
• Support messages and emails, including your request to delete: as long as we need them, and at most two years after the last message.

Signing in is provided by Unity. Your Unity player is deleted at Unity when you delete your account in the game. A Unity Player Account you signed in with is managed by Unity and can be deleted there. More in the privacy policy.

You can keep your account and remove parts of it. In the game, you can delete each level you published from its page, and undo a like. For anything else, such as a record on a leaderboard or a crash report, ask through the support form with your profile code.
